Column Movement

In order to move columns on the salary schedule, the following items must be completed:
1. Notice of Intent form- due by the last teacher contract day of the year prior to movement
2. Methods of Movement:
     a. College Hours- Hours must be taken since the last column placement or movement. (Unused hours from a previous movement can be carried over.)
     b. PDC Points plus college hours- Must have a master’s degree. Points must be earned during the current licensure cycle. (Some carry-over is allowed.)
          i. 120 knowledge or application level points plus 6 hours of college credit
          ii. 120 knowledge or application level points plus a combination of 120 points from college credit and impact level points
3. Official transcripts must be received by Oct. 1 of the year of movement.
