STAFF:
Dr. Kari Harris
Dr. Kari Harris completed her medical degree and pediatric residency at KU in Wichita and joined the faculty shortly after graduation. She is happily married and has three children in the Valley Center district. Dr. Harris became interested in school-based health early in her career recognizing that having onsite school clinics decreases barriers to accessing medical care. Dr. Harris believes that kids do best when communities collaborate to support them. In addition to her part-time clinical practice, Dr. Harris participates in research, advocacy, program development, and medical education at KU.
