Developmental Screenings Information and Dates

The Kansas Department of Education invites you to attend a free developmental screening. The purpose of the screening is to assess children, age birth through five, in the areas of: walking, talking, hearing, learning, and seeing.

The screenings are for children age 0-5 who reside in the following school districts: Burrton, Sedgwick, Valley Center. Call 316-755-7170 and schedule a free appointment. The staff will assist you in the identification of any needs your child may have, and in locating services to meet those needs. This is not a "Kindergarten screening."
