SOAR 2022-2026 Strategic Plan

In October of 2021, the district began laying the groundwork for its next strategic plan.  Committees were formed, stakeholders across the district met, community input was gathered, feedback was examined, and priorities began to emerge.

During the February 14, 2022 Board of Education meeting, the board approved the new 2022-2026  USD 262 strategic plan that will help us SOAR into the future. The development of action plans in these areas, while maintaining independence and flexibility to meet individual schools' needs, is the next step in the journey - stay tuned!
