  • Have you made 3D models, animations, audio productions, videos, digital photos/graphics, robots, computer programs, or video games? SHOW IT OFF at the Technology Maker Fair! Wichita Northwest High School will be holding a Technology “Maker” Fair April 21st, 2018, for any student who wants to show off what they make.  There are various categories to enter, plus there will have a couple of tech challenges for those who want to enter.  See Mrs. Cody Lee if you are interested! https://sites.google.com/view/nwhstechfair/

  • VCHS Drama Department Announces

    Auditions for the Spring Play – Musical Comedy Murders of 1940 (It’s not a musical!) By John Bishop

     

    Auditions will be held in the auditorium Monday, Feb. 19 @7:00 p.m.

    Enter by the SE loading dock/band doors

     

    Tuesday, Feb. 21 @ 3:00 p.m. (You only need to attend one session)

     

    Call backs on Thursday, Feb. 22

     

    Performances are April 13 – 14, 2018.  Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script.

     

    Perusal scripts may be checked out from the drama classroom (B-03) for a period of 24 hours.

  • Anyone planning to play golf this spring but was not able to attend the meeting during activity period needs to see Coach McCormick to get a handbook packet.

  • Ladies, are you in need of an affordable Prom Dress?  Main Street Threads thrift store in Valley Center is offering their selection of prom dresses FREE to VCHS students.   While supplies last, one dress per student.  For more information you can contact Mrs. Joyal in her classroom C-18 or at Kristen.joyal@usd262.net

     

     

  • The Guidance Office would like a copy of YOUR university, college, military, apprenticeship, or employment acceptance letter!  We are EXCITED for our seniors to have options and plans for next year and want to celebrate with you!  If you have an acceptance letter or certificate that you would like to share with us, bring it to the guidance office and we will make a copy.  We plan to laminate and share these examples of your future options with our students, staff and visitors in a BIG way.  You can email us a copy or bring it by the office if you choose.  Congrats seniors!  We are excited for your future!

     

  • After School Tutoring in the Library every Monday-Thursday from 3:00 P.M.-4:30 P.M.

Drop in to get extra support, use the computers, or have a quiet place to study.
